1. Ownership and Licensing
1 Two Punch is a proprietary software asset owned and operated in Florida, USA. We provide a “Purchase-to-Own” model for specific software versions.
- Standard License: A one-time fee grants a license for one (1) “seat” (one computer).
- Network License: Covers one (1) main server computer and up to five (5) client computers at a single physical location.
- Version Rights: Your purchase includes all updates and features specifically for the version purchased.
2. Installation, Training, and Support
We are a small, dedicated development team committed to personal service.
- Trial Support: Users on the 45-day free trial receive priority email/chat support with a 1–3 hour response time.
- Standard License Support: Includes 6 months of free technical support.
- Installation Assistance: * Standard: Includes 30 days of Installation, Setup, and Training assistance.
- Network: Includes 1 hour of dedicated remote training and installation support.
- Always Available: All users have 24/7 access to our online resources, including Product Guides, Knowledge Base, and Video Tutorials.
3. Data Responsibility and Privacy
1 Two Punch is a locally hosted database solution.
- Zero Data Storage: We do not store, host, or have access to your employee data, timestamps, or personal information. All data lives on your Mac or Windows hardware.
- Backup Responsibility: The User is solely responsible for data redundancy. While the software includes manual and automatic backup features, 1 Two Punch is not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, accidental deletion, or lack of backups.
4. Accuracy and Legal Compliance
- Payroll Responsibility: 1 Two Punch is a tool for tracking time. The Business Owner is ultimately responsible for verifying the accuracy of all hours, overtime calculations, and payroll exports.
- Labor Laws: You are responsible for ensuring your use of the software complies with local, state, and federal labor laws (including break requirements and overtime pay).
5. Trial Period and Refund Policy
To ensure the software meets your needs, we offer a 45-day Free Trial Period with full functionality.
- No Refunds: Because our software is a digital asset that is fully accessible during the trial, all sales are final once a license key is issued. We encourage all customers to utilize the 45-day trial to its fullest before purchasing.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall 1 Two Punch be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profit or data) arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
